The day this publishes is my final physical therapy appointment. Since the beginning of spring, my arm has been bothering me. In June, I finally got an appointment with a physical therapist, and I’ve been going twice a week for an hour at a time. The focus has been on stretching the muscles around my shoulder girdle. Lately, we’ve been strengthening my mid back and correcting my form during exercises like push-ups and side planks. I’ve come a long way, but now the journey continues on my own. But the good news is that in August, I will go back to the gym and start training Brazillian Jiu Jitsu again. I’m so grateful to the people at Athletico Physical Therapy. Below is a summary of the changes PT has made in my life.
