GDPR, short for General Data Protection Regulation, is now in effect. The EU law concerns privacy, and though this website isn’t a business, I do get visitors from the European Union. Hello, Germany!

WordPress has updated to be compliant with GDPR, and Monster Insights, which is what I use to interface with Google Analytics, is also GDPR compliant. So, this website is compliant as I understand it.

On a personal note, I do nothing with the data. I look at the pretty graphs of site statistics, and that’s about it. I don’t sell the data or use it for anything.
